Confirmation request pending

Good evening,

 

I've filled the form required to create an account and be able to procede with the installation, but I didn't receive a confirmation email yet (there's nothing even in the spam folder)... I'm waiting since 01-01-2019, how long will it take?

    I didn't receive an email to attend the classes too! How can i get it?
