Reset Login Password In Automator

Have you found yourself needing to Reset your Login Password In Automator?

Problem:

Unable to login or password is incorrect 

Solution:

Here are the steps on how to reset default login

1. Open Run Configurator
2. Go to Configurator Tab then Instances
3. Click Database Operations
4. Click System Admin Unlocker on the lower side of the window
5. Click Refresh so the Username will show up
6. Check on Reset password, Attempts count and Reset attempts, and click submit
7. Try to login again using the default credentials (admin/password)
