Used all 3 atempts for certification exam and difficulty in model setup

I am doing cource from altair university named "Non Linear Analysis with OptiStruct Advanced Examination" and in its Quiz 10 I failed by 1 mark and my all 3 atempts are used and I want to continue with the cource is their a way to do so.

I am also facing difficulty in getting exact answer of Quiz10 exercise as in Hypermesh i am unable to find Vicinity tolerance in create Auto contact dailogue as mentioned in Tutorial document, despite it shows proximity tolerance. I think it might be the reason for not geting correct solution.

Please help on these problems.
