The Academic Blue Book is a great resource for learning S-FRAME, and while primarily aimed at student users, is available to anyone. This document contains several examples of exercises that are solved by hand calculations, and then again in the software. In most cases, you can find a copy of the hand calculations, a video and step by step guide for how to accomplish the task in the software, and the model files themselves.
