The User Email ID Already Exists.

When you try to add the new user to your account you get the message that the user email Id already exists.

This happens because the user is already registered to Altair One but is not under the correct account. You will need to reach out to us at hwsupport@altair.com or create a ticket in Altair One under Contact Support. We will move the user to the correct account.
