Reprise(TM) type licensing is only available for Accelerator products before the 2023.1.1 release. 
With the share=ui attribute in the license file, sometimes rlmstat reports more license handles checked out than what rlmstat itself reports as the sum of all license handles. This is because license handles with the same userid, and checked out by the same process, are "shared".  

We do not recommend the removal of shared license handles by means of 'rlmremove', unless there is a proven issue (project is gone, checkout is still present).  This is in-line with all those other tools from Cadence etc. Accelerator licenses are best left alone, there's little to be gained and much to be lost.
