Resolving the 'S-FRAME could not access a printer. Make sure a proper printer is available' message.

S-FRAME allows users to print PDF and Paper reports to share with other stakeholders in your projects.  S-FRAME uses the specs of your default printer to size the printing space for these documents.  If your default printer is not detected (ie, not assigned, network printer offline, etc.) S-FRAME will not be able to determine the printing space for your reports, and will produce a warning message.

In these cases, we suggest to review your default printer settings under the Control Panel.  If you are using a Network printer, we would advise that you restart the network printer, then try relaunching S-FRAME.  Another option is to designate a PDF printer as your default printer, which should allow you to resolve this message.
