Monarch Error: Not Enough Quota Is Available To Process This Command


Condition: 

While working with large input files, Altair Monarch Complete terminates with the error message "Not enough quota is available to process this command", along with a stack trace. 

 

Cause:  

Processing large input files without adequate memory devoted to the machine where Altair Monarch Complete is running. The minimum prerequisite memory to install Altair Monarch Complete is 8GB available memory, however, more memory may be required if especially large input or output files are processed. 

 

Remedy:  

  1. Close other applications that are running on the machine that is running Altair Monarch Complete. 

  2. or

  1. Add physical memory to the machine where Altair Monarch Complete is installed.
