In Flux, two types of magnet orientation are predefined and easy to set: radial and orthoradial orientation.

On the other hand, if the orientation is in a specific direction, a separate coordinate system should be created for the magnets. Then, the magnetization direction should be assigned within the description of the face or volume regions defining the magnets.
