In each system, Hogan generates daily reports that are critical to business operations. For example, in the Online Delivery System (ODS), the ODS001 is a daily report of GL Transaction Journal Activity. It is important to review this report to help monitor activity that is posted to customer accounts and financial general ledgers. The ODS001 report can also be used to identify Uniquely Active Loan and Deposit Accounts by combining the data from that report with trial balance extracts from the Deposit Master and Loan Master files.
