This tutorial describes how to set-up a coupled two-phase EDEM-Fluent simulation. The model used is a simple fluidized bed set-up. This is an example of a Eulerian-Eulerian simulation, which also uses the Dense Discrete Particle Model (DDPM) in Fluent.
This tutorial assumes you have some prior knowledge of both EDEM and Fluent. This tutorial also assumes the use of Fluent version 18.0, so some of the steps may differ from those presented here if you are using a different version.
