Yes, you can. Flux features the possibility to choose the macros to load by default when creating a new 2D, 3D or Skew projects.
For that a selection of preferred or most used macros could be done in the Flux Supervisor options following the procedure below:

| 2 | In the selected tab click on the button Add to browse macros (either in the folder by default C:\Altair\Extensions\Macros or in another user folder) |
