Panopticon 2021.2 makes it easier than ever to add breakdowns to your dashboards. Breakdowns enable users to interact with the data to gain new perspectives and develop insights into causal relationships. When creating a visualization and deciding how the data will be organized, dashboard designers work with columns, rows, and items in the settings panel. Prior to release 2021.2, these settings were collectively labeled "Breakdown". Designers create data hierarchies by adding two or more columns to the items setting and create alternative data hierarchies by pressing the "New Breakdown" button.
